The funnel
The stages run in the order a real relationship moves. The number on the right is all time; the line beneath it is the week you have selected. Between each pair of stages is the carry rate — the share of people who made it through. The worst one is flagged, and it is the only stage worth working on this week.
The referral engine
Introductions are the only input that compounds. Requested measures your nerve; received measures your reputation. The gap between them is the honest read on how you are landing in the room.

Weekly targets
Set targets only on the things you actually control. You cannot decide to win a client this week; you can decide to start twenty-five conversations. Outcomes are what the inputs produce — a target on an outcome only tempts you to pad the log.
Set a target to 0 to switch it off.
Log activity
One event, one line in the log. A single conversation is often three events — you spoke to someone, you named their constraint, and they asked to keep talking. Log each one, or the carry rates cannot tell you anything.

Live pipeline
One row per person, placed at the furthest stage they have actually reached. Days since last touch is the number that kills deals quietly — nobody decides to stop; they just never hear from you again.
The ledger
The source of every number on this page. It is stored in this browser only — nothing is uploaded, and clearing your site data clears it. Export it if you want it somewhere safer, or to hand it to Claude.
Working with Claude
If you use the prospecting-scoreboard skill, press Copy for Claude and paste — it will merge the log, work out where your funnel is tightest, and tell you which stage to spend the week on. It can hand a ledger back the same way, through Import.
